Transformational 1-to-1 Retreats
3 days/4 nights
Four hours of therapy per day comprising:

One hour of teaching - to become your own healing guru
Fully catered........... £1250

Food to your requirements, healthy or traditional French with

Each retreat is individual, but a typical day
comprises:-

Make your own
breakfast, read, walk, enjoy the
peace and tranquillity |

10am - 12pm: Counselling
and coaching using NLP and EFT
12pm - 2pm: Lunch,
hopefully by the pool, swim and
relax
2pm - 4pm: Recap on the
morning's work. Massage therapy
or facial with Reiki and crystal
healing to take the changes
through the body and energy
system
4pm - 6pm: Own time,
relaxing or learning DVDs, or
walk the dog in the woods with
me
6pm - 7pm: Teaching
7pm - 8pm: Dinner |

Optional Visits could be spa
swimming pool, local restaurants or places of local
interest.

Personal Retreats
- Accommodation only, use
of pool, garden, healing library and DVDs: £50 a day
- Add-on treatments of your choice, coaching, counselling,
massage or healing facials including Reiki and crystal
healing or intuitive healing sessions: 90 mins at £100
per session.
- Make up your own healing package.
