F.A.Q.s
Q -
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?
A -
The first two hour session can resolve old fears/traumas etc but I
recommend a course of 3 to 6 sessions to get to the core of
most people's problems and make a lasting difference.
However, more severe cases and physical illnesses may
take longer and require patience and monthly sessions.
Coaching is a longer term process and I usually suggest
a three month programme.
Q - IS EFT SAFE?
A - It is quite normal to feel tired or relaxed after a
session and you must agree to take full responsibility
for your own physical and emotional well being. A small
number of people have deep emotions to release that can
be intense. It is best to inform your practitioner if
you feel you may have deep buried emotions or traumas.
It is better for both to know - forewarned is forearmed.
Q- ARE THE RESULTS PERMANENT?
A - If core issues have been resolved that drive an
addiction or physical problem, then the results should
be permanent. Life is a continuous process and therefore new
problems can arise that need dealing with but EFT is a
fabulous self-help tool.
Q - DOES EFT ALWAYS WORK?
A - No, a skilled practitioner expects success rates of
up to 85% or higher. Common problems to success are not
getting to the core issue, dehydration, but the main
difficulty is when people are NOT READY 4 CHANGE, that they
have secondary benefits to their problem i.e.
attention, sympathy or support that they
are unwilling to give up to heal. |
